At Fortified Coaches, we empower youth to become transformative leaders and influential change-makers. Our dynamic team of young mentors equips teens with tools to become authentic, diligent, and fulfilled adults. We offer personalized and group sessions that foster growth in identity, relationships, self-esteem, and leadership. Our 9 week program spearheads our mission and goals by facilitating change over a 9 week period.

Fortified Coaches offers comprehensive in-house coaching programs tailored for schools, providing both one-on-one and group sessions. Our approach includes:

Staff Training for Gen Z
Fortified Coaches offers specialized staff training and development tailored to understanding and relating to Gen Z. Our programs focus on equipping staff with insights into Gen Z’s unique values, communication styles, and motivations. We utilize interactive workshops and real-life scenarios to foster empathy and effective engagement. By bridging the gap between staff and Gen Z, Fortified Coaches helps create meaningful connections, ensuring staff can connect authentically with the hearts of Gen Z and meet their needs effectively.
